Academy + members are ambitious business owners who want more than networking and want to be challenged and supported to grow their businesses. Annual membership includes 3 x 90-minute planning sessions, 4 x monthly booster calls and ½ price tickets to two strategy events each year. Planning sessions and booster calls are with Julia and are designed to help hold you accountable and challenge your thinking as your business develops. This 1/2 call with Julia is a super quick way to get your answers and accelerate your event plans. Julia currently runs an event agency which runs in person, online and hybrid events and she has more than 30 years’ experience. Who we are?
Founded by Julia Phillips we believe that events are the most powerful way to connect with an audience. Our full-service event agency, Potting Shed Events, works with companies in organising their events but Julia realised that, for many companies, an event agency is not a cost they can absorb into their event planning. The Academy seeks to empower through knowledge by offering a range of online and in person courses to help owners develop their own event plans.
During her 30-year career in the industry Julia has worked on a wide variety of projects for clients ranging from small trade associations to major multinationals. She is committed to creating events that engage, educate and motivate their audience and believes that they are a vital tool in any sales and marketing strategy. Julia is currently owner of Potting Shed Events Ltd where she runs client events and acts as an event consultant with clients to develop their event strategies and achieve successful delivery of projects across the globe.
